Competition Rules

The competition rules apply to all on-air and online competitions conducted by Darlo Radio, unless otherwise specified.
Prizes, entry methods, and closing dates will be defined on-air or online for individual competitions.

In order to enter a competition you must:

Include your full name and contact telephone number as part of your competition entry.
Place only one entry per person.
Be over 18 years old and a resident in the UK.
Your competition entry must be submitted in accordance with the methods outlined for the specific competition (phone, email, etc).
Be available to attend an event if the prize includes event tickets.

Darlo Radio accepts no liability:

Where your competition prize is not received for any reason.
For any costs incurred relating to a competition entry.
Where your competition entry is not received for any reason.
Whenever an event is cancelled.
For any costs incurred in collecting or using the prize, including but not limited to transport and accommodation.
If we are unable to reach you on the telephone number you have provided.

Competition winners will be notified of their win within 28 days of the draw using the contact details provided in the entry.
Darlo Radio may use your name, a recording of your competition win and details of the prize on air on Darlo Radio, https://darloradio.com and in other social media and publicity material.
Any member of Darlo Radio, their immediate family or any other person who is directly connected with the offer are ineligible to participate.

Prizes can be collected from Darlo Radio at a time pre-arranged time, unless otherwise specified.
